Products and prices

Products are digital files (PDF). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are the total amount payable. Filodie is not registered for GST/QST (small supplier). However, Payhip acts as a marketplace facilitator and may itself collect the applicable sales tax based on where you live (for example GST/HST in Canada or VAT in Europe); if so, it is clearly shown before payment.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed securely by Payhip, Stripe or PayPal; Filodie never has access to your card details. Delivery is instant: a download page opens after payment and a confirmation email with the link is sent to you.

No refunds

Because a digital file cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable. If a file is defective, unreadable or does not match its description, write to us at melodie@filodie.ca: we will fix or replace it at no charge. These terms do not limit any rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Use

Each purchase includes the individual licence. The tools support intervention and do not replace an assessment by a qualified professional or clinical judgment. Resource contact details are verified on the date shown and may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
