Products and prices

Products are digital files (PDF). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are the total amount payable. [If registered for GST/QST: applicable taxes are added and itemized before payment.]

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed securely by Payhip, Stripe or PayPal; Filodie never has access to your card details. Delivery is instant: a download page opens after payment and a confirmation email with the link is sent to you.

Refunds

Because a digital file cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable for a simple change of mind. If a file is defective, unreadable or does not match its description, write to us within 14 days: we will fix it, replace it or refund you. These terms do not limit any rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Use

Each purchase includes the individual licence. The tools support intervention and do not replace an assessment by a qualified professional or clinical judgment. Resource contact details are verified on the date shown and may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
